Our Galaxy
By Natalie Shaw
Don't go
I'll watch you
A moonslice of hope and a bucket of love
As I gaze into the eyes of its presence I see the stars we once shared and the galaxy we lost
New is a black hole burned onto my heart
never will it go into the essence of nothing in space
its hand on my cheek
a crystal sadness from all the stardust of us drops out
into my slivered down sunshine
i will see you again but i shall never meet you the black hole is open and ready for me the stars are now stardust my galaxy gone
burning flames of misery's creation as it leaves me
the dust that our galaxy once was turns and spins
changing into something magnificent a new star born burned onto me beautifully made with love and agony fear and sadness innocence
a moonslice of hope and a bucket of love
